CIRCUIT BREAKER FOR AC-300

Locate the handle cover, slide a screwdriver under the end of the handle cover and pry it off, exposing two bolts which hold the handle on. Remove these two bolts. On the opposite side of the unit, locate the two rubber feet. Remove the bolts which hold the rubber feet on. The entire unit will now slide out of the carrying case.

Turn unit upside down. Remove diode pack adjacent to 110. Volt A.C. socket. Locate bracket assembly on which transformer and capacitors are located. Remove 4 screws on back panel and one screw near front corner of power transformer. This will allow bracket with transformer and filter caps to be lifted up enough. Remove circuit breaker by bending tabs and install new unit. Reassemble in reverse order.

CAUTION. After reinstalling power supply bracket, check that 10 prong plug is firmly installed on board near the diode pack.
